Digital Product Notice

Grid Dash is delivered digitally and access can begin shortly after purchase. Because digital access cannot be physically returned, refunds are reviewed based on the status of activation, download/use, and troubleshooting.

Refund Window

Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Requests made after 14 days may be declined unless required by applicable law or approved by support as an exception.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be approved for duplicate purchases, accidental purchases, unresolved activation issues, or confirmed incompatibility with the customer's SimHub setup after reasonable troubleshooting.

Ineligible Refunds

Refunds may be declined for completed activations with continued use, expired update terms, unsupported attempts to transfer or resell a license, issues caused by unsupported third-party modifications, or requests made after the refund window without a support-approved exception.

How To Request A Refund

Contact support with your order number, purchase email, Windows version, SimHub version, Grid Dash version, and a short description of the issue. We may ask for reasonable troubleshooting information before approving a refund.

License After Refund

Refunded orders may have activation, downloads, updates, and online access disabled.
